Richard Hynek is a two-time Spartan Trifecta World Champion and a proven force in elite endurance sports. With over a decade of competitive experience, he has repeatedly stood among the best in the world. In his first-ever HYROX race (PRO category), Richard stunned the field with a blistering time of 59:02 — an extraordinary achievement that places him among the sport’s elite from day one. Known for his relentless work ethic, precision training, and championship mindset, Richard brings real-world results, credibility, and inspiration to every athlete he works with. His goal is now to get into ELITE 15 and become the best Hyrox Athlete in the world.

Veronika Hynková

Veronika Hynková is a standout athlete with an exceptional background in steeplechase, where she proudly represented her country at the Youth Olympics in Baku. Transitioning her talents to obstacle racing, Veronika quickly became a great runner in the Spartan Race scene, earning podiums and establishing herself as one of the top competitors. Now fully dedicated to HYROX, she achieved an impressive PRO category time of 1:07:26 within just 5 months of focused training — a testament to her world-class athleticism, discipline, and drive. Veronika embodies the spirit of elite performance and is a rising star to watch on the global stage. Her goal is now to get into ELITE 15 and become the best Hyrox Athlete in the world.

Alexandra Bartkova

I’m Alina, a lifelong mover from Slovakia with over 14 years of national-level experience in athletics, specializing in heptathlon, hurdles, and middle-distance running. My journey—including its injuries—sparked a deep interest in how the body works and how to train it smarter.

I studied to become a coach and PE teacher, earned a degree, and became a licensed massage therapist to deepen my understanding of recovery and performance. Now based in the Czech Republic, I coach at RH Training Club and work as a therapist, focusing on functional fitness, mobility, and hybrid races like B-Cross Run.

My mission is simple: to enjoy movement, explore performance through function, and help others feel stronger and more connected to their bodies.

Not at all. We work with athletes of all levels—from complete beginners to seasoned competitors. Your plan is fully customized based on your experience, goals, and available time.

 

No. We can adapt your training for home workouts, minimal equipment, or outdoor environments. Your plan will always match your current conditions and resources.

 

After an initial consultation and onboarding, we build your individual training plan inside our coaching platform. There you’ll find detailed workouts, video demonstrations, progress tracking, and ongoing communication with your coach. Read more about 1:1 hyrox coaching.

 

That depends on your goals and availability. We create training plans that fit real-life schedules, whether you have 3 days a week or you’re training daily. Consistency and smart progression matter more than volume.

 

HYROX is our specialty, but we also coach for Spartan Race, obstacle course racing, running performance, strength development, and general hybrid fitness. If your sport demands both endurance and strength—we’re ready to help.
