Alternating Ankle Taps

Alternating Ankle Taps is an exercise performed on the ground, lying on your back. With your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, lift your head and shoulders off the ground, engaging your core. Alternate tapping your right hand to your right ankle and your left hand to your left ankle. This movement strengthens the abdominal muscles, improves flexibility, and enhances core stability.
