Chin Ups

Chin ups are a bodyweight pulling exercise performed by gripping a bar with an underhand (supinated) grip and pulling your chin above the bar. This movement primarily targets the biceps and latissimus dorsi, while also engaging the upper back, forearms, and core. Chin ups are excellent for developing upper-body strength, improving muscle definition, and building functional pulling power, especially in calisthenics and strength training routines.
