Elevated Weighted Glute Bridges

A glute and hamstring-focused strength exercise performed lying on your back with your feet elevated on a platform and a weight, such as a dumbbell or barbell, placed across your hips. You press through your heels to lift your hips while maintaining a neutral spine and squeezing the glutes at the top.
